Aaron's First Birthday
To follow through with the campground theme of Aaron's photoshoot, this party was masterfully decorated to really immerse you in a super cute camp site! From the great Mess Hall food to games and songs around the "fire," this was a hit with the kids (and the adults).
Katie + Rafael
This was a beautiful day between beautiful people. Katie was especially stunning with the help of the hottest makeup artist on earth, Leah Fernandez. See her work here. This was a simple wedding, yet super full of love and laughter. The vows brought tears to even the biggest baddest dudes in the room. Not me, though. I'm too tough.

Aaron's Gone Campin
He was sick of all the noise and pollution of the big city and decided to go on a hunt for peace and quiet. He pitched a tent, put down a blanket, and took it all in.
But forreal though, I had so much fun shooting these portraits. Babies are just my favorite creatures in the world, so this was a total blast for me. Believe it or not, this dense "forest" is right in New Jersey, Braddock Park in North Bergen.
Sweet 16... on a Boat... like a Boss
Between watching little Lucas on the dancefloor and great food, this evening was just splendid.
Of course, there needed to be some legit portraits for the lady of the hour.
Angie + Santo - Engagement Photos
When Angie + Santo came to me requesting a photo shoot for their engagement, I knew we'd have tons of fun! They came super prepared, had props, outfits, and a plan. Santo had some hidden spots in Liberty State Park in Jersey City I'd never seen before. This park is enormous! I've always known this, but I've never fully explored it until that day.
After running around the park, we stopped at Dunkin Donuts for a quick bite, came to my house to change, and were back on the road again to Belmar, NJ ... It's beach time! The water was chilly, but the weather was perfect. We wanted some shots under a pier, in the ocean, and an evening shot with some candles. This meant lots of waiting (for sunset). Waiting and shooting was super tiring, but was totally worth it.
Val's Wedding
This was a special wedding... A couple that has been together for many years, but wanted to seal the deal the right way. Attending a wedding as just a guest is a luxury I don't always get to enjoy, but it wasn't stopping me from doing some shooting!

Ethan's First Birthday
1-year-olds are usually not very fond of their first birthday. I consider these events to be two-fold: first, they're intended to celebrate parents on their first year of parenthood. It's a big deal. It really is. Second, it's sort of a time capsule, used to show the future grown-child that they've been loved since infancy. It's a wonderful thing.
Angela + Ari
I had just arrived from Dominican Republic with chikungunya. It's not nice. Google it... but this wedding was so refreshingly beautiful, that it made me forget all about it. Beach weddings can often be unbearably sunny and hot, but this was surprisingly pleasant and warm (but not hot). My suggestion is to try to plan around sunset time when planning a beach wedding. Google the sunset time for your dream beach wedding!

AUA Commencement 2014
We've all been to highschool graduations, and many of us have been to college graduations. Seeing people get their diplomas is nice. But seeing people become doctors is a whole other level of cool. These people have literally added a suffix to their names. That's pretty awesome.
Xio's babies
These are some cute children. The chubby one appears to be edible. Mouth was watering the whole time. I definitely took a small bite at some point. Nom nom.
New City Kids
This organization is amazing. They create a haven for kids in tough neighborhoods to change their fates and emerge as college-accepted leaders and achievers.
