Adalynn is Coming!
In just a few weeks, we'll be expecting baby Adalynn to the world... Jessica & Jamal were so much fun to shoot. Jamal's dry sense of humor is a sign of readiness for dadhood. Jessica's tolerance is on mom-level-9000.

Princess Jeyda
I've shot Darwin "An7orcha" Gonzalez before, but today was about his daughter Jeyda. This whole family is basically a collection of rockstars. Total pleasure photographing them.

Blaise & Co.
This little bundle of pure joy was so easy to shoot because making her smile makes anyone feel like the ultimate comedian/clown. Her Resting Baby Face (RBF) is basically smiling!

Cherry Blossoms
The calendar availability, the weather, the cherry blossoms, it was like the stars were aligning.
The significance of the cherry blossom tree in Japanese culture goes back hundreds of years. In their country, the cherry blossom represents the fragility and the beauty of life. It's a reminder that life is almost overwhelmingly beautiful but that it is also tragically short.

AUA Commencement 2017
Every year I shoot this graduation ceremony, and every year I feel a little bit dumber. These people are doctors. But then I remember what their handwriting probably looks like.
Before the ceremony, every student is given an opportunity to have a photo taken with a whitecoat. Their first photo as doctors! Click any image to enlarge
My favorite part of the day: the reception and that awesome finger food ;-)

Some Corporate Portraits
Primal Creative seems to be getting lots of realtor clients lately... Here are some portraits for a new group of realtors in Kearny, NJ.

Francis + Hector Wedding
Hector holds the record for most creative vows I've ever heard. Literally ended with a rap. If the pastor hadn't been holding the mic, Hector would've dropped it.

Eman + Julie Tie the Knot
I can't really take credit for how beautifully this wedding was shot. The weather, the light, the fact that it all happened in February, was all an act of God. I shot the engagement photos of these cuties a few months ago, and we had no idea their wedding would be a coat-free day!

Eman + Julie Get Engaged
These are some good looking people, so getting some quality imagery was no problem at all. Beautiful day, beautiful people, beautiful Verona Park. HashtagThumbsUpEmojiGif

STAR WARS: The Alvarados Strike Back
Omaijesus I love me some Star Wars! Being a total fanboy, I jumped on the opportunity to shoot this birthday party with total joy. All the kids were dressed as little Jedi! Little Padawans running around with foam lightsabers and an R2D2 cake!!!! aaaahh!

Amy's Place
So I run a creative agency called Primal alongside a close friend of mine, Evan Santiago, and we did the branding and design for a new cafe in Kearny, NJ. It's called Amy's Place. They sell coffee, crêpes, and sandwiches (and it's delicious!). We did their web design, logo, branding, as well as photography and some videography for the homepage. Check it out.

Chris + Lucy Wedding
I got to shoot the engagement photos for these two, and I had so much fun doing that. The day finally came when these lovebirds would tie the knot, and I had the honor of capturing those moments (alongside the uber-talented Erico Rovayo doin the video thang). My buddy Jay Vasquez was the awesomest second shooter a photographer could ever have. Needless to say, it was a pretty sweet day.

Beyra: All Smiles
This little chunk is the kind of baby that is obviously living a happy life; smiling and laughing with every given opportunity. She seemed skeptical of eating cupcakes though. That worried me.

Todd + Angela
Sometimes you get a couple that actually show affection towards eachother. I mean love, like the real kind, the kind that is visibly passionate, and photographs well. These two were like the couples you see when you buy a frame from the drugstore and there's a sample photo in it. Picturesque.
Eric & Nina Get Hitched
Eric was actually one of the groomsmen at my wedding. He's one of the coolest people I know, as is his wife, Nina. Their wedding was beautiful, the reception was incredibly fun, and it's awesome to have been able to share such a special day with them.
Chris & Lucy do Hoboken
I loved the fact that these two had a place that meant something to them. A breakfast spot in Hoboken called Turning Point is a place they'd visit when their lives together hit milestones. I'm stealing their idea!
#TeamSanabria
These two are like Nutella and bananas, awesome people individually, but even better together. Shooting their engagement photos was a ton of fun, I knew their wedding would also be a blast.
